How Much Can I Get Back?
At Clear Choice Dental, we accept HBF members and are able to provide a number of services that are covered under most plans. This includes general dentistry as well as more specialised services such as orthodontics and dental implants. Depending on your level of cover, you may be entitled to a certain number of benefits for each service.
Our team can provide you with a treatment plan that includes the item numbers for the services being provided, so that you can call HBF to get a quote for the benefits you are entitled to. Please note that waiting periods and annual limits may apply.
How Do I Make A Claim?
In order to claim your rebate, you can either use our HICAPS system or submit your receipts to HBF directly.
If you use HICAPS, all you need to do is present your HBF member card when you pay and we will take care of the rest. You will only be responsible for the gap, which is the difference between our charges and the benefit that HBF covers. If you choose to submit your receipts to HBF directly, you will need to pay for your treatment upfront and then send in your documentation.
