You may be qualified for these dental treatments at Clear Choice Dental through DVA Health Card coverage if you have an identified clinical need and are a DVA Health Cardholder:
- Veteran Gold Card: Provides coverage for all clinically necessary medical care, including dental care.
- Veteran White Card: Provides coverage for clinically necessary medical treatment in Australia for service-related injuries or conditions, including dental treatment.

Bring your DVA Gold or White Health Card to Clear Choice Dental when you get a dental consultation or treatment. We will assess your needs and if necessary, provide you with appropriate treatment following DVA guidelines. For your reference, we will provide you with a copy of the treatment record.
