Patients can choose between a $39 weekly plan offering access to up to $1,000 in treatment, or a $79 weekly plan offering access to up to $2,000 in treatment.
Once your plan is set up, you can arrange your treatment with Clear Choice Dental and manage your repayments directly through Fund My Dental.

Fund My Dental currently offers two options: a $39 weekly plan for up to $1,000 in treatment or a $79 weekly plan for up to $2,000 in treatment. - Complete Your Application Online
Complete the Fund My Dental application and provide the required information, including your direct debit details. - Receive Confirmation
Fund My Dental will process your application and confirm whether your payment plan has been approved. - Arrange Your Dental Treatment
Once your payment plan is confirmed, you can arrange your eligible dental treatment with Clear Choice Dental and make your repayments through Fund My Dental.
Treatment must be completed within six months of signing up. Eligibility and approval are determined by Fund My Dental. Fees, terms and conditions apply.
